How do I place a customized order?
Simply browse our gifts, add items to your cart, and click 'Order on WhatsApp'. It will generate a prefilled message with details. Once we receive it, we will chat with you to collect your custom photos, names, and delivery instructions.
What is your payment policy?
Since all items are fully customized, we require a 50% advance payment via GPay/PhonePe/UPI to confirm your order. The remaining 50% can be paid after delivery.
Do you deliver all over Kolkata?
Yes! We deliver all across Kolkata and nearby areas. Standard delivery charges depend on your location. Self-pickup is also available from Dumdum.
Can I cancel my order or request a refund?
Returns are accepted only if the product is damaged or incorrect. You must request a return within 1 hour of delivery. For approved returns, the refund will be sent to your original payment account, minus processing and delivery fees.
