Please read our policies carefully before placing your customized orders.
1. Advance Payment Policy
All orders placed on Rongin Digital require a 50% advance payment before we can confirm your order and begin the design process. The remaining 50% balance must be paid immediately upon successful delivery of the product.
2. Customized & Personalized Orders Note
Products that are customized (such as neon signs with names, engraved wallets, custom photo plates, or tailored occasion gift boxes) are non-returnable and non-exchangeable unless the item delivered is structurally damaged or incorrect.
3. Return Request Window
In the rare event that your product is damaged during shipping or contains a spelling mistake contrary to your confirmed order details, you must submit a return request on our WhatsApp support within 1 hour of delivery. We require video proof of unboxing to process returns.
4. Refund & Deductions
Approved refunds will be credited back to the original bank account or UPI address used when making the initial 50% payment. Please note that processing charges and shipping/delivery costs will be deducted from the total refund amount.
